For now, here’s the short version.

I’m a management consultant (more than twenty-five years worth) in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation and team development.  Organizations that I’ve worked with in the past few years are General Electric, Mercer, Harvard Business School, Garnet Consulting, Advanced Practice Strategies, Bayer, Walgreens, Match.com, Kelley Business School, Lafarge, Boston Consulting Group, Hult International School of Business,Computer Associates and Good Shepard Healthcare Center.

My heart and passion is in helping others get better.  Particularly leaders, managers and teams. I have knowledge, background and success working with clients in: presentation skills, performance management, emotional intelligence, executive presence, influence skills, global awareness, career planning, coaching direct reports and working with team dynamics,

Not too long ago, I was teaching a GE leadership class and participants urged me to start a blog and share my ongoing learnings and insights that would support them after we said goodbye at the end of the training week.
